Synopsis…

Set in a fictional country called Daeho, the series is about the love and growth of young mages as they overcome their twisted fates due to a forbidden magic spell known as the “alchemy of souls”, which allows souls to switch bodies. It follows the story of an elite warrior named Nikes, whose soul is accidentally trapped inside the weak body of Mu Deok-i. She becomes entangled with Jang UK, who is from a noble family; she becomes his servant and master, and teaches UK her skills as they both fall in love with each other.

I started watching the first season when it first came out but for some reason or another didn’t finish it but when the second part came out, I got a new inspiration to start watching and I binged and binged and binged. I loved the focus of the first part; it was more on the growth of the characters and finding who they are, while the second part was focused on the longing and loving of the characters. There were some really moving scenes and the sacrifice for the greater good. The costume, colours and CGI were eye catching and made the scenes so interesting. 9 out of 10 stars for me. If you love fantasy and romance, then this drama will satiate your appetite and make you laugh.

Thank you for reading

Have a great week and God bless
