Psalm 63: 4
“I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer.”
My Bible study today was around putting God first in all things and if we find that there are interruptions to the time we have set out for God, we should do something about that and not let it continue. I also learnt the importance of hope in our world today. Without the hope of Jesus Christ, we will drown in the darkness of this world.
I was speaking to my sister yesterday and she said I was good at counselling and I told her that I don’t have the fortitude to listen to people day in day out and help them with their problems but what I should have said was that it wasn’t my calling.
I am being called to evangelise through clothing and build the biggest Christian clothing brand that moves into the circular world, I am also called to property management and building a charity that will support single young mothers between the ages of 13 to 21 year old, helping to raise their children and giving them learning opportunities that will give them skills for them to support themselves and their children in the future.
I see these things so clearly in my head now but I get scared that it will take years to arrive at this vision and people around me might not understand or be patent for me to reach my goal.
I am grateful to God that I don’t have to worry about our financial well being because He has so richly blessed the handwork of my husband. I pray for the strength to chase these goals despite any objections and that God will guide me on the best route to bring these dreams to life while taking care of my family and being a good wife.
I leave it in God’s hands.

It was so therapeutic to look back on my thoughts almost a year ago when I was pregnant with my third child and asking God for direction on what to do with my career after the birth of my child. All the goals I wrote down are still relevant today and thank God that I now have clarity on the route to get there but I was right in saying that it will take several years to achieve. With no client base and having to raise capital from my savings, I have started something small and I pray it gets bigger and the word of God continues to spread.
